This land was acquired in 1993 together with adjacent plots of land which have since been sold. It is located in the place known as Bonne-Fortune in the municipality of Ans and is reserved for future development.
The land is alongside the E40 motorway at the entrance to Liège and the surface area available for development is 93.475 m².
