Banimmo

The complex comprises 14 buildings built originally to house the training center of the IBM group, located in La Hulpe, not far from Brussels and 19 km (including 15 km of motorway) from Brussels Airport. The buildings have a gross surface area of 40.427 m² and comprise, in addition to large auditoriums that can accommodate from 150 to 500 people, 2.744 m² of fully equipped meeting rooms, 10.925 m² of accommodation (i.e. 264 x 4 star rooms), 2.034 m² of restaurants, bars and gym, 1.195 m² of computer rooms and 7.120 m² of basement space. They are located in a 71 hectares forest park adjoining the forest of Soignes (see http://www.lahulpe.dolce.com).
