This retail gallery is composed out of approximately twenty covered shops, with a part that has been fitted out in market hall. The gallery is located in a mixed area with retail and residential space, in one of the most dynamic areas of Paris, characterized by its important number of shops. A dynamic management policy will be undertaken in order to make use of the excellent localization of this asset.
