This retail gallery is composed ou of approximately 20 covered shops, with a part that has been fitted out in market hall. The gallery is located in a mixed area with retail and residential space, in one of the most dynamic areas of Paris, characterized by its important number of shops. A dynamic management policy will be undertaken in order to make use of the excellent localisation of this asset.
