ING Building
The building in Louvain-la-Neuve is a built-to-suit development for the regional centre of ING Bank. Banimmo, in association with Argema (Marc Liégeois group), successfully responded to a call for projects in the summer of 2017, obtained the permit in June 2019 and started construction in November 2019 with delivery in Q4 2021.
The building is designed by architect Jaspers & Eyers and TPF Engineering, its surroundings designed by Skope and labelled ‘Réseau Nature'. It offers approximately 10.200 sqm of offices around a large atrium on 4 levels, and 320 parking spaces on 2 basement levels.
Banimmo and Argema wanted to create a modern building, completely adapted to the New Way of Working, where natural light and views are an integral part of the working environment, and with very high energy and environmental ambitions thanks to with BREEAM Excellent certification.
