Veld 12 Oost is a plot that can be developed within the existing RUP on The Loop. The programme envisages a mix of offices, retail, leisure and short stay. Public utility buildings such as education facilities will also find their place there. A zoning plan is under preparation under the direction of XDGA and Sweco.”

NETWORKS Gent – One & Two is the first development on The Loop under the renewed Banimmo. The two buildings are almost fully let and boast a BREEAM Excellent certificate.”

This building is located near the NATO at a glance of the Brussels Airport in the Da Vinci Park and is used for offices, showroom and warehouse. Electrolux has set up its Belgian head quarters in this building. This building measures more than 8,000 sqm and its environmental performances are excellent, with a E60 and K20 level.

The H5 office building is located in The Da Vinci Park in Evere, close to the new HQ of the NATO. The building has an excellent energy performance (E90) and is entirely let to Engie-Cofely Services. Easily accessible by car (3 min from the ring) and by public transport (tram, bus and train). Just a few minutes away from Brussels International Airport.

The H3 building is located in the Da Vinci Park in Evere and has a mixed usage (offices, warehouse, workshop). It is currently rented to the European Commission that has installed its printing services, supply storage and workshop there. It’s located near the new NATO headquarters and just a few minutes away from Brussels International Airport.

It is located along the Leopold III Boulevard in Evere, the major road linking Brussels to the international airport of Zaventem. The latest NETWORKS development “NØR” is located in the heart of the Brussels North District on Albert-II Boulevard, a prime location in the European Capital.

The building in Louvain-la-Neuve is a build-to-suit development for ING Bank. Banimmo, in joint venture with Argema, delivered the building in 2021. It was sold to Belfius Insurance.

The Loop is mostly known for Flanders Expo and IKEA. Banimmo and its partners Sogent and the City of Ghent have the ambition to develop the district into a lively city district.
